NEWS: Aaron Hernandez sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder


Former NFL Star Aaron Hernandez was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of friend Odin Lloyd and sentenced to serve life in prison.

The Jurors deliberated for 7 days before finding him guilty. He was also found guilty of First-degree murder Carrying firearm without license Guilty, Carrying large-capacity firearm (2 counts), Possession of ammunition
without FID card and Possession of firearm without FID card. 

Hernandez, who previously played for the New England Patriots was ordered to serve his life sentence at MCI-Cedar Junction in Walpole, Massachusetts which is approximately 1.5 miles from Gillette Stadium, where Hernandez played three seasons for the Patriots.
